My photos keep becoming uncropped after I crop them

Mines been doing this for at least two months now, and I’m over it. I tried talking to Apple support over the phone, and their only solution was to backup and restore my phone. Was on the phone with someone for about two hours waiting in silence and then to finally be told, “I’ll call back tomorrow” with no call back...

Ugh... This is clearly a brand new glitch. My phone has been having this same issue since last week! I don’t have an answer as to what’s going on, but one would be very much appreciated!
