I can not download update

If it is from the same account but an old ID then delete the app and redownload it.

If it from an old but different Apple ID you will have to re-purchase the app under the new account or use Family Sharing to share it with yourself.

Enter your Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.

It seems like the apps were downloaded with the old Apple ID. Apps are permanently linked to the Apple ID that was initially used to download them.

The solution is to delete the apps and download them again with your current Apple ID.
