Does Apple replace the housing on iPhone for a fee?

So I let my brother hold my iPhone 6 cause his iPhone 7 was out for repair. Once he got his phone back, my iPhone 6 had dents, chips, and scratches on the housing. I want to get the housing replaced and screen fixed so it can look brand new again. I just need to know if Apple replaces the housing (which’s holds everything inside the phone)

Fixing the screen is easy and there are set prices ($129 in the US for an iPhone 6) for Apple performing the service. Not sure about the case though. It might be easier to request the out of warranty replacement cost ($299) for that kind of damage. It would be exchanged for a replacement device that could be new or refurbished. It would also have a new battery.
