inquire charge on bank card

Good morning,

I have received a charge on my bank from Apple :

First of all, is this charge from Apple? If it is, what is this charge for and how to I cancel this charge from occuring again. I dont recall subscribing to any application.

I hope this issue can be resolved in a timely manner.

I dont even know what community i need to select to get this posted. I find your support too complicated to get through to.
