Yes, I have reported it to Dashlane support and suggest everyone else does as well. I fiddled with my computer until I nearly went nuts and, finally, got an uninstaller from Dashlane and did a re-install with software from them (not from iTunes as before). Dashlane is now back in perfect running order EXCEPT for the Safari Extension vs Facebook issue. I am just trying to be patient and turning the Extension off when I don't need it.

The more we grizzle, the more Dashlane will have to find a solution...with Apple/Facebook or themselves.

This problem still persists as of today (May 4, 2018) and this is the current info on the Dashlane support web site - I guess we are all waiting patiently to be able to turn on the Dashlane extension:

Facebook news feed in Safari on macOS

A few users have recently reported that, when the Dashlane extension is enabled in Safari on macOS, the news feed on Facebook displays only two posts and clicking on "More stories" doesn't have any effect.

I reported this problem to Dashlane on 15 APR 18. Dashlane support eventually acknowledged that they have a compatability problem between their extension and the Safari browser. When I asked when it would be fixed, here is the reply I received:

"It will be fixed in the next Dashlane Safari extension update. I am really sorry I can not give you a date though since the release timing depends on many factors."

Maybe more complaining from other users will speed-up the update.

Get in touch with Dashlane and ask for their uninstall app and their reinstall one with instructions - that gets rid of that problem.

Things are getting serious. My issue has now been escalated to Dashlane 3rd level support - it seems the problem has been identified and they are working on a fix:

I’ve just received an email from Dashlane saying they are working on the safari extension problem now.

Update Dashlane if an update is available.

I have exactly the same issue. Here is my EtreCheck report if you can spot anything. I have found that with the Dashlane Safari Extension installed only two Facebook posts appear in the newsfeed and only two notifications. I cannot get any more to show. It works fine without Dashlane Extension installed. This started happening when I installed the latest MacOS update 10.13.4.

my first complaint was on April 2nd. after several email exchanges in which Dashlane advised me to uninstall and reinstall I continue to check that the safari + facebook + dashlane error remains (with firefox or google chrome everything works normally)

Today they answered me:

"It has been 3 days since our last email. Do you still need assistance on your issue?

Please keep us posted by answering this email. "

Okay, so I say,

1 - I am a user who buys services to programmers;

2 - in the present case the programmers are those of Dashlane and MacOs High Sierra;

3 - it is the programs that have to put them in GOOD operation to be well accepted and well classified / disseminated by the users.

4 - will know, of course, that Apple did not make any updates after the high sierra 10.13.4 - it was after this update that Dashlane began to give problems

5 - then the question to ask the Dashlane BUYER is: DID YOU ALREADY UPDATE THE PROGRAM TO WORK PROPERLY IN THE NEW MacOS?

This is a problem with Dashlane. I've had it on earlier versions of the OS as well.

There is a problem with the extension. I don't see any software that normally causes problems.

I reported to Dashlane and await their reply. After re-installing the extension it is now doing other things like not recognising websites and duplicating entries in the database. It will have to remain disabled for now - most annoying copy and pasting passwords.
