For the passwords issue - from 10.13.4 release notes.

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Also try the Safe Mode.

Isolating an issue by using another user account

Safe Mode - About El Capitan
also Sierra

Safe Mode Startup – El Capitan. also Sierra

If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown.

Thank you for reply.

This has occurred with Pantages and a few other url's.

This occurred immediately after upgrade to 10.13.4

I also note that when I click on Buy Tickets the url switches to "ticketmaster" and that is where the Forbidden Error appears: Tickets | Andrew Lloyd Webber's LOVE NEVER DIES - The Phantom Returns (Touring) - Los Angeles, CA at Ticketmaster

When I enter ticketmaster.com, I get the Forbidden Access message.

I finally get into Ticketmaster via Google (but seats are not box office prices!)

I read the troubleshooting url but nothing seems to apply.

I also notice after the OSX upgrade the passwords of other url's I had saved/used are no longer automatically entered

(I have to re-enter from 1Password).

I am still puzzled.
