How can I solve iTunes blank “iPhone” screen when iPhone connects?

I have just updated my iPhone 6s to iOS 11.3 via iTunes restore because my iTunes says the iPhone software is up to date although it’s not, all the time. Now I can’t restore my backup because I get a blank “iPhone” screen whenever I connect the iPhone to the laptop. iTunes on 2 different laptops does the same.


I restarted both the iPhone and laptop but still not solved. Please help, I feel screwed.
