iTunes couldnt backup the Iphone because an error occurred during reading from or writing to the iphone

it's been 3 days now I'm continuously trying to backup my IPhone 6s to be able to transfer the files to iphone 7 plus and i keep getting this message (( iTunes couldnt backup the Iphone because an error occurred during reading from or writing to the IPhone )) my Itunes is the most updated and the ios as well also i restarted the phone and the laptop (mac) many times

i need to finish this 😟

If your iTunes backup couldn't be completed or you can‘t restore from a backup - https://support.apple.com/HT203271 - "If you need help with an iTunes backup of your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, learn what to do."
