AppleID recovery

Hi

Does anyone know what happens if I miss the call from Apple for my Apple ID Recovery and how to check if I really missed it?

I forgot my Apple ID password and I initiated a recovery on https://iforgot.apple.com/. I received an email saying that on the 30th of March I'll receive a call or a text but none of these has been received... I hope I didn't miss them because sometimes they send these pop-up messages with security number for confirmation and these are not stored on my phone as messages that I can check later... I don't see a missed call either but when I'm trying to check my status on https://iforgot.apple.com/ it just asks me if I want to initiate a recovery /again?/, so no info regarding my current recovery status. Meanwhile, my Apple Account on my iPhone is up and running, I can't log into my laptop apple store /I just wanted to upgrade my OS, Apple Store asked for pass confirmation and that's how it started/. I don't see any way to check my old pass on my iPhone settings 😟

I feel so stupid 😕 I'd appreciate any help!
