Then yes, something is amiss. The feature was in the 11.3 beta but did not make the public release. I do not see anything like that on my iPhone 7, older 12.9” iPad Pro nor new 10.5” iPad Pro, all running iOS 11.3.

My iPad Air 2 is my beta device so I don’t discuss anything running or showing on it.

Having spoken to an Apple advisor they told me to turn off iMessage on your phone then switch your phone off for 20-30 seconds turn your phone back on then switch iMessage back on then check your messages and the note at the bottom of the screen should be gone ? You would know if you installed beta software, it requires specialized steps that you'd have to acknowledge so I highly doubt that your in the public beta program. You can verify from your iPhone under Settings/General/About and check what Version is indicated (11.3 is not beta, 11.4 is).

If you truly are on 11.3 you can discuss the issue here, but I'd recommend providing feedback via the link I posted above. FWIW, I do not see this on my iPhone X running 11.3.

I have the same message on my iPhone and iPad after updating to 11.3. I am not part of any beta program, I just downloaded and installed the version given. I have read elsewhere that this a bug, widely reported, and should be fixed when 11.4 is released. How does a person report a bug? Is there a link somewhere?

We are not allowed to discuss problems with beta software here. Since you are not running the beta (which is an honest assumption), we are free to try to help you in the forum.

That's the good news. The bad news is that I don't know what to do to fix it short of restoring the iOS software. You could try that but it may or may not work.

Messages in iCloud is not a feature of any public iOS release. It is only available in the beta release of iOS, so is not a subject for discussion here. Use the feedback agent to submit issues with the beta release.

Have you tried the "Repair Account" link that the shows in the OP's picture?

There is at least one more discussion about this and it does seem like a bug. One of the respondents in this thread also stated that the Repair Account link is unresponsive.

I updated to the full release iOS v11.3. I have not installed any pre-release version, and I am seeing this error, too.
