Screen Saver Window Stuck

I recently played around with different screen saver options, and this 'saver window' popped up. It is like a minimized screen saver screen, but I can't get rid of it! It opens on startup and when I close it, it just pops open again! I searched the internet, but I couldn't find any similar issues, so I was hoping you guys could help. I've attached an image and video to show you guys what this looks like. I am using a 13 inch early 2015 macbook air with macOS High Sierra version 10.13.3

Ok this could be a corrupt preference file. Click on your Desktop to make Finder active, click on Go in the menubar, click Go To Folder, enter the path ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.systempreferences.plist press Go. A new Finder window will open with the file highlighted, move it to your Desktop. Restart your Mac, a new plist will be generated, relaunch System Preferences> Desktop & Screen Saver> Screen Saver, now make some changes to the screen saver preferences, for testing purposes try 1 minute. Quit System Preferences, does this make a difference. You may need to Restart again to see if the change has worked. If your happy set the screen saver as you would like it to run and delete the original plist on the Desktop.
