how to access photos stored in iCloud

How did you store the photos in iCloud? Did you upload them to iCloud Photo Library?

• On a computer you can see your photos in iCloud Photo Library in a web browser on the page www.icloud.com, if you sign in with your AppleID and launch the Photoa.app there.
• If your computer is a mac, launch the Photos.app and enable iCloud Photo Library.
• On an iPhone or an iPad use the Photos.app. YOu need to enable iCloud Photo Library on the device to access the photos in iCloud.

Update. 24 hours later and now the iCloud pictures are beginning to be viewable on my iPhone. Apparently there is a big. Lapse of time before you are able to view iCloud pictures once turn that option back on in your device.

I had the same question too but when we turned it back on, the pictures did not show up. Does it take a lot of time or something?

I am not able to view iCloud photos on my iphone6s. The recent pictures were not saving to iCloud so I signed out of Apple account on iPhone and signed back in. The recent photos did go to iCloud. I can see them on my iPad. I have iCloud Photo Library selected on iPhone but not am only see the most recent 75 pictures. I can see over 3000 on my iPad.
