i was facetime audio calling a contact but my phone got stuck on call ending. I am on ios 11.3 on my iphone x. It doesnt allow me to shutdown or restart

On your iPhone X: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then, press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
Even I am having same problem with My IphoneX 😟
I know how to restart or shut down. The problem here is this frequenly happen and so annoying!!! I want to know the reason :((
Still happens with 11.4.1. Has not been fixed yet.
Issue still happening! Apple please fix this in next update, really frustrating to continue to deal with for months!!

It happened to my brand new iphone xs too, i bearly had it for 3 days, idk of its the phone that is defictive or the system , thats insane! It would not restart

My iPhone 10 is frozen after FaceTime. I can't switch off using power button or holding power & volume and I've tried deleting the FaceTime app? Apple, Please help???
