Remarkable suddenly the plugin mMorphcut is missing in the toolbox but visible ín the map motion templates.
I restarted fcpX but no result.
Another probleem: suddenly the audio-controles equalizer and the presets not to be seen anymore.... all the parts are fully opened.
What to do?

The motionVFX category looks like it has only there free transitions. Do you have FxFactory? Are you signed into that?
MotionVFX started using an installer app about a year and a half ago called mInstaller — it's used to "manage" their effects. It's a free download: mInstaller - motionVFX
If you continue to have problem with mMorphCut, you will need to contact MotionVFX.
You have a dual mono clip selected. Select one of the channels. They’re independent from each other. Or convert it to a stereo pair.
Make sure the effects browser isn’t being limited in some way. What category is it supposed to be in? What do you see there?
Try trashing prefs if it’s behaving incorrectly.
A bunch of the mVFX categories seem to be missing. Can you show the whole of the Transitions browser? Select the motionVFX category. What’s in the upper right and across the bottom?

The plugin has been in my fcpX for years but suddenly it has gone... (toolbox: I mean the transitions or effect box where they belong)
The clip was selected not separated from its audio.

It's a puzzle to me why this plugin suddenly disappears... after years of working.
I deleted the prefs and a disaster occur... the whole project is gone with all red scoloured icons in the browser... (I used the last back-up because fcpX did't ask fort the normal import from the movies map.

I don’t understand much of this but preferences don’t delete files. Just resets. Were the files in the library or separate? Were you working in proxies?

Not sure what you mean by toolbox. I take it the plugin was not newly added. Can you post screenshots of what you're seeing.
Are you talking about the EQ in the Audio inspector or an effect. It's in the inspector if a channel is selected. Again a screenshot of where you're looking would help.
It's o.k. again, the project is right and working again. What happen is a puzzle to me but leave it.
But he plug-in mMorphCut is still not visible after three restarts of fcpX + deleted prefs.

mVFX isn’t part of FxFactory. Thought it might be. No idea why those categories aren’t showing up. You should contact the developer. He might have some function to verify the transitions.
