iPad Pro 9.7 not recognising keyboard

do you know if there is a way to test that the smart connector is working on my iPad Pro 9.7.

my Logitech create keyboard has stopped working (seems to be a common problem and Logitech are not very helpful /accommodatin),

i have tried disconnecting /cleaning / reconnecting ... but did not make any difference. Also tried the “power off / power on” tactic just in case it worked ... it did not.

tried resetting the keyboard as per the Logitech forum ... did not work.

it is as if the smart connector does not recognise the keyboard ... and hence it has no power.

i want to make sure it is the keyboard and not the smart connector before I go through the pain of buying a new one ... especially as I am only about w weeks outside of its 1 year warranty.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks

Denis

Hi, denisfromswindon.

I see that you're iPad Pro is no longer seeing your Logitech keyboard. Great job on the troubleshooting you've already accomplished, and I'm happy to help.
