Getting error 1066 for amazon prime

Hi,

I am using two Apple TV 4th gen and can't access amazon prime videos. When I open the app, I get the error code 1066. I don't even get to the log in section. This only happens on both the Apple TV 4th gen. The app works fine on my iPad and on my Apple TV 3rd gen. I have contacted Amazon support and they say it is something to do with Apple software issue, they refused to even help me and kept asking me to contact Apple support.User uploaded file
