What is the model number of your iPhone? Settings>General>About>Model.

You may have to scroll to see the entry for Model.

If your iPhone was meant for the Middle Eastern market, FaceTime is

restricted in many countries in that market. While FaceTime on such

iPhones may work in certain Middle Eastern countries with select

wireless providers, it will not be available outside the Middle East.

Use Skype or similar app, or sell the iPhone to someone who can

use it in the Middle East and purchase an iPhone meant for India.
