bluetooth on iPad Air 2 will not connect to any device via bluetooth

Following the latest OS upgrade within the past few weeks, I am unable to connect to any of my devices via bluetooth that I was using prior to the upgrade. I have re-read all instructions that came with the devices, and have had no luck making the connection.

Will appreciate any and all suggestions. I sure miss my external keyboards.
