Canceling a free music subscription

I received an email from Apple saying that I was signed up for a free trial for Apple Music. I did not subscribe to it. I cannot reply to the no-reply email. The email shows the last 4 digits of my credit card, and the trial ends July 8. I clicked on the link in the email (I hate clicking email links but no other options, Apple!!!), and it took me to the iTunes Store browser where I logged in and it confirmed that I have a free trial. Note that there is no way to cancel. SO I have to wait until July 9th when I get billed? What kind of scam is this??

I did try these steps on both my PC and on my iPhone. There is no option to cancel. It only says "Select an option to resubscribe", but at the top, it says subscription expires July 8th. However, the email says I need to cancel by July 7th or I will get charged $9.99.
