previous itunes libraries - can I delete them?

I'm trying to sync Sonos with my iTunes library. For some reason, the imported playlists all seem to be wrong.

My question is, can I delete Previous iTunes Libraries? I'm curious if that's contributing to some problems syncing

macOS Sierra (10.12.5)

Hi,

Previous iTunes library files should not have a bearing on your issue. The previous libraries can be used to restore itunes after a faulty upgrade. You can delete them except for the last ones.
