How to delete linked Facebook contacts from my iPhone?

i cannot get rid of the linked facebooks contacts on my iPhone???? I’ve tried everything!!! So frustrated!!! 2018!

Address Book Notification, "Contacts are no longer updated by facebook" Keep / Delete? Here's the problem - I don't know *** this is about. I have not had facebook contacts in my address book for years. I don't have any facebook accounts on my computers and do not have Facebook on my iPhone. My iMac and iPhone do not show this issue. How did Facebook get access to my contacts? I just noticed this on Facebook; My urgent question is; "How did Facebook get access to my Contacts?" I have NEVER given permission to Facebook to access my Contacts and when I go to Messenger and/or Facebook in settings on my phone Contacts is not listed on 'Allowed access' I'm very worried as I don't want Facebook to have access to my contacts.
