If u logout of ur apple id on ur settings and login with an other apple id and logout with that and login again with the first apple id, will everything be deleted of the first apple id which i logged out first or will everything stay, like photos and the Icloud things and all?

Unfortunately I can't provide you with a detailed list of what will and will not change when you use a different Apple ID. Some things such as Contacts will sync with iCloud and the AppleID used to sign in. Most people only use a single Apple ID with a phone unless they are really changing long-term and don't want stuff from an old ID on there. Maybe somebody else can provide specifics.
iCloud "things" would be set to the Apple ID used to sign in. Some things such as apps would still be on the phone but might present problems when trying to update.
It kind of depends upon what is on the phone and what is in iCloud and what services you have selected such as iCloud Photo Library.
