Etrecheck confirms poor performance My MacBook Pro (13 inch, mid 2012) has been performing very poorly for quite a while now. Meaningapps take several minutes to open (Microsoft apps take even longer)it takes 1-2 mins to show me the content of an emailit is beachballing all the timeI have to force-shut it down at least once a weekThe worst thing are my photos. I used iPhoto until half a year ago. When it became unusable, I did a backup of everything, cleaned my hard drive, and set it up anew. Plus, I migrated to Photos.
