How to rearrange IOS apps in Itunes

I was able to rearrange, group apps that are on my IOS devices through iTunes. Was that feature removed from iTunes? It is a pain to manually arrange icons...Sometimes I miss the Android...

Apple removed app management starting with iTunes 12.7. Read the second document on various ways to do this including using an older iTunes and manually installing ones already on your computer.
