Cannot sign in to icloud after resetting SMC

I did re-start several times as well as re-download the last OS upgrade & re-install it, problem not solved. Safe mode also did not solve the problem. I create another admin user, and it work in the new admin user. It seem that the initial admin user have some setting problem, but I do not know where yet.

another update arrived, I updated the OS, problems remains.

So as the last resort, I finally time machined my MBP, and most problems solved. I now can sign in to icloud, my MBP start to accept & remember my password, my mail also accepting the password with online status. But there is a but, MAIL does not downloading the new mail.

I am trying to fix this and will re-post once it is done.

Another update didn't fix my problem.

So I re-format my MBP, restore using time machine to the date just before problems occured. All problem solved after restoring except Mail does not downloading my pop mail.

So I backup my pop mail, delete the account, re-start, re-add the account, and it works now. But I still does not have the courage to update the OS now.

I've done all that, erase uninstall just cloud, kapersky & mackeeper; empty the trash bin, re-start, problem not solve.

I close down the system preferences & mail, Shut down wait for a while and re-start, but problem still not solve. I did try several times restarting already, still my MBP does not wanna received/stored any password. Any other advise I should do? thanks

I have deleted Preferences/com.apple.systempreferences.plist and restart, still problem exist.

Then I tried deleted Preferences/com.apple.systempreferences.plist and Preferences/com.apple.systempreferences.plist.lockfile, re-start, problem still exist.

I copy Preferences/com.apple.systemprefs.plist in my time machine, copy & paste it in the library, rename it to become Preferences/com.apple.systempreferences.plist, empty trash bin and restart. Problem still exist.

I noticed that not only that I cannot sign in to my icloud, but also I cannot update any password in safari (I keep clicking SAVE PASSWORD), mail preferences. What should I do next?

Somehow, the application Megabackup is no longer in my application folder nor everywhere else in my MBP (I search the folder and none found). I must've deleted it as the suggestion after running detectX if not mistaken.

nothing happen, I just have a circling sign showing that it is processing, but after that goes back to original spot and ask to enter the password again. If I try using dummy password, it immediately give message wrong id or password

I am more than happy to share the report :

1. When I'm trying to sign in to icloud, there was no report, I fill in my id & pass, click enter, circling sign for a while, then just back to initial stage asking for id & pass.

2. I also notice that this user is un-capable of storing any password. In no. 1 & 3 cases, password always gone. another case is in safari, I web check in i-cloud, pop mail and keep on click the save password or update password, but nothing is stored and I have to re-enter the password. This might be the root problem? But my gmail & yahoo mail is just fine

3. In my POP mail. in the server setting, password always missing. I re-entered, click save, verifying for a while, then Unable to store credential due to error -25308 Requested By: Mail or Unable to verify. the password just gone again.
