Oh **** this is like an epidemic. Browse this forum, this has been gone through many times.
I'm gonna make a copy-pasteable response for the future:
1. Restart your mac and press alt-option when it's booting. Select your system disk from the bootup menu.
2. You'll get back to your system. Go online and download 10.13.4 Combo Update. Try to install it.
3. If it fails, restart and press cmd-R while booting. You will go to recovery console.
4. Start Terminal at Utilities, disable system integrity protection (SIP), remove the installer data folder (/macOS Install Data/) and re-enable SIP. Commands:
cd / (go to root of your system disk)
csrutil disable (disable SIP)
rm -rf macOS\ Install\ Data/ (removes the folder and all its files, use sudo if you're told you have no permissions)
csrutil enable (enable SIP)
reboot (restarts)
5. You will boot back to your system. Try installing the 10.13.4. Combo Update again.
