Not All Music in CarPlay Shows up

Has anybody else had issues with seeing all of their music when using CarPlay? I have had issues since I started using CarPlay (2 yrs ago) in a 2017 Ford Escape with Sync 3 version 2.0 but will be updating that soon to 3.0. Whenever I select an Artist, Album, Playlist,..etc. it will only show the first 10-15 items for whatever you selected. If you have more than 10-15 Artists there is no way to scroll down and choose others. Yes, you can use Siri to voice command it but when using other apps such as Spotify, Tidal, Google Play Music etc. Siri does not work and the same limited selection exists. It is very frustrating when you want to select something that doesn't show up.
