The best way to test this is to restore the device to factory and then set it up as new and test for a short period of time. If it continues to work correctly, then try restoring your backup again. If the problem returns, then it is corrupt data in your backup. You will have to restore the device again, set it up as new, not using your backup and then sync your data back to the phone individually.

Yes, that's entirely possible. Restore iOS and set it up as a new phone. If the problems don't recur, then you can be pretty sure the issue was something corrupt in the backup you restored to it. If it still has problems, make an appointment at the genius bar and have it looked at.
Dude I wanted to say one more thing. The back I restored into my iPhone was from ICloud and not from my laptop, I mean the back up what I uploaded in this phone was from iCloud storage ( the 5 Gb free storage we get ) . So, it’s fine for me to factory reset and start it as a new, right?
Thank you so much Mr. I just wanted to confirm my problem. I’ll do the same.
You're welcome.
