Im trying to update my apps, however once i request to update i get a massage that my apple ID is disabled, please advise.

You can also try iTunes Support.
Scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
i have tried all the ways suggested and still, my ID remains disabled
Did you try contacting iTunes Support or Apple Support using the links posted above?
