Missing earphones???

I order a MacBook Air and earphones last week now the MacBook has arrived but the earphones haven’t so my order is incomplete and I already paid for the earphones. Who can I talk to in order to get my earphones? I can’t get any support

They might be on back order but check with Apple > Contact - Official Apple Support
