FCPX: EFFECTS NOT VISIBLE in Inspector

Hello Everyone,

I am running High Sierra 10.14.4, FCPX 10.4.1

PROBLEM: None of the applied effects on a clip are currently visible in the Inspector.

OBSEVATIONS:

1) All previously and newly applied effects are visible and working on the clip / image itself.

2) Clip is selected with yellow border.

3) Effects box is checked.

4) No effects controls visible in the inspector.

Can someone help me with this? Any ideas?
