Airpods Keep Falling Out

I have tried everything with the exception having my Airpods surgically attached and they simply keep falling out. There are 3rd party solutions I've researched but why does Apple not have their own solution in place? I'm within my return-period and am considering going back to traditional headphones.

Ear shape is almost as individual as fingerprints. There are going to be some people for whom Airpods just don't work. I don't see it as likely that Apple will start making custom molded ones.

There are plenty of third party options that might be helpful. Here's just one:

You can wait until the heat death of the Universe and Apple will still not have a solution. You will have to find a solution yourself. One size does not fit all. That's why people who need their in-ear headphones to stay in pay $1,000 or more for custom fit earphones. Some go as high as $10,000 for professional musicians who need them for sidetone when performing. Likewise for "simple" quality hearing aids - $3,500 to $9,000. They are individually fitted. For $160 you get something that will work for many people, but not all.
