Radeon Pro 5xx cannot adjust overscan in Windows 10

hi all. I'v just install a brand new Windows 10 in a new MacBook Pro 15" 2017 using Boot Camp.

Now I have a issue about the extended display, I connect the MacBook Pro to a external TV (LG TV) as a second display. But there is a serious overscan in the TV, and I cannot find how to adjust overscan/underscan in the Radeon Software settings. Also, there is no place in the TV settings to scale the screen.

As you can see from the picture a attached, there is no place to adjust the overscan/underscan or HDMI scaling.

What should I do? Thanks.

In macOS, everything is fine. The TV can be recognized and overscan / underscan can be adjusted smoothly.

I don't think it's a USB-C adapter problem, it's the Radeon Software, which somehow hide the scaling setting to somewhere. I went through the AMD technical forum, a lot of other people have the same issue.
