[Help] Need to delete "Untitled" drive taking up space

I was on the phone with Apple support when they in-explicably hung up on me..and didn't call me back.

I recently created a windows partition, but didn't remove it correctly, so I am now left with a Macintosh HD drive with 155 GB, and an Untitled drive with 94.5 GB, instead of just one Macintosh HD drive with 256 GB.

Since I can't provide a screenshot since the maximum size for a file is 2.0 MB -,-, I'll just describe what my Disk Utility looks like.

On the left hand side there are two drives: Macintosh HD and Untitled. Macintosh HD (which has macOS installed) is an APFS volume with 155.68 gigabytes and the Untitled drive is a PCIE internal physics volume with 94.87 gigabytes.

What I want to know how to do is to just completely remove the Untitled drive so that it will say "Macintosh HD: 256 GB".

Apple support didn't give me a clear answer at all and I'm tired of jumping through hoops to just get some help.

Will someone please give me a solution? Thanks.

MacBook Pro TouchBar and Touch ID, macOS High Sierra (10.13.4), 15 inch

I'm afraid that if you cannot do this then you will need to re-partition the entire SSD.

Internet/Network Recovery of El Capitan or Later on a Clean Disk

  1. Restart the computer. Immediately after the chime hold down the (Command-Option-R) keys until a globe appears.
  2. The Utility Menu will appear in from 5-20 minutes. Be patient.
  3. Select Disk Utility and click on the Continue button.
  4. When Disk Utility loads select the drive (usually, the out-dented entry) from the side list.
  5. Click on the Erase tab in Disk Utility's main window. A panel will drop down.
  6. Set the partition scheme to GUID.
  7. Set the Format type to APFS (SSDs only) or Mac OS Extended (Journaled.)
  8. Click on the Apply button, then click on the Done button when it activates.
  9. Quit Disk Utility and return to the Utility Menu.
  10. Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Continue button.

Note:

1. To install the version of OS X that was currently installed use Command-Option-R.

2. To install the original factory version when the computer was new use Command-Option-Shift-R.

Open Disk Utility. Note the image below.

As you can see for one of my SSDs select the out-dented entry for yours like you see on mine - it is labeled as ADATA... Click on the Partition button in the toolbar. A panel should drop down.

It should look something like the above. The boot volume in blue is selected. You want to delete the other volume in white. Click on the white section then click on the Delete [-] button below the circle. This should remove it and activate the Apply button which you should click.

If what you see looks different from the above, then post a screen snap. Otherwise, can you confirm that you see the small circular gadgets at either end of the blue pie section shown in my prior post?

To Post A Screen Shot

  1. Press Command-Shift-4 which will change the cursor to crosshairs.
  2. Hold down the mouse button and use the crosshairs to select the part of the screen you wish to capture.
  3. Release the mouse button and the image will be saved to your Desktop.
  4. Drag the pic into your open forum editor. If that fails then go to the following steps.
  5. Click on the Camera icon in the toolbar of the forum message editor.
  6. Drag the image onto the Choose File button and click on the Insert button.
