Burn/Rash from Apple Watch 2 Help

I’ve had my Apple watch for just about a year now. Shortly after buying it, my skin became irritated and sore on the back of my wrist under the band. I took the watch into the Apple store to ask about it and was told I was probably allergic to Nickel... I’ve NEVER experienced any problems with wearing any watches in the past or even today, except the Apple Watch. So I covered up the metal portion on the band and continued to wear the watch. The irritation from the band went away once the metal was no longer touching my skin.

For a couple months now, the glass on the back of the watch is now burning or leaving a red irritated sore area on my wrist... What is being done about this? Outside of not wearing the watch, I don’t know what else can be done to correct this issue. I’ve already read all the FAQs anout how I can correct it, but it hasn’t helped.

I love Apple products, but something is seriously wrong with this Watch.... anyone else having this problem?
