touch ID not available for Chase iPad app?
touch ID doesn't appear to be available for the Chase app on iPad Pro 10.5 !?!
at the same time, touch ID works great for Chase app on my iPhone 6
iPad Pro Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 11.3, null
I don't use the app on an iPad but it does work on an iPhone. On the iPhone, I tap the user icon at top right and then tap "My Settings" and then "Touch ID" in the App Settings section. I'm not sure if that will help, as the layout may be completely different and there is also the possibility that they don't support it on the iPad.
