When i make a payment it uses an additional payment method thats expired and won't use main payment methor or money from redeemed gift card

When I make a payment for a movie it won't download until I change payment method for an additional payment method instead of using either the main family payment method or money from gift card that was redeemed and when I try to edit and put it at none it says that there is no card information added
