Strange tiny silica gel balls from the MacBook

Hey,

I faced a strange problem. The third time I saw small transparent tiny balls that have been falled out from my MacBook (don't know how exactly, but I'm sure they have). Now, when I shake the MacBook I hear some kind of a sound when something like this ball is rolling inside the MacBook.

So, these balls look like balls to absorb water or whatever. The question is might something like these balls be like a part of MacBook or something? Maybe it supposed to be inside and didn't fall out?.. I attached a few photos.

As I mentioned before, I saw these balls before near my MacBook (one ball a few weeks ago and one ball exactly 5 days ago) but I didn't think it was from the MacBook. Now I'm pretty sure it is. Maybe balls passed through ventilation wholes? Is it better to bring the MacBook to some service to clean up?
