I got a refurbished iphone 7 about 2 months ago and it already has problems with the home button not working will apple help and replace or fix it?

Got it where? Refurbished by whom? If it was a service replacement from Apple, it carries a 90 day warranty or the balance of the warranty for the device it replaced, whichever is longer.

If it was refurbished by someone else, you'll have to talk to whoever you got it from.
