My non-itunes music no longer shows up in itunes after i set up icloud music library

After setting up icloud music library, i am no longer able to see some of music files in itunes rhat weren’t able to be synced to icloud


Are they still there? How do i see them?

They should still be in the iTunes library where the originals exist. In the songs view they should show up with an iCloud status of say duplicate or ineligible. Your should clear your library of true duplicates. For ineligible files look at the possible causes given in About iCloud Music Library icons and status - Apple Support. In some cases you may be able to convert a song to an acceptable format which will then either match or upload.
