My RTT/TTY is OFF but it still interrupts my calls. I have checked in Settings>General> Availability and it IS off. It is usually from one specific person. We have to call each other back a few times to get it to stop as the other person cannot hear me. After a few call backs it will turn off or stop going to RTT. Help.

I figured it out. The OTHER person had their RTT turned on but he said he did not do it itself. So, if you are having trouble with your phone ask the other caller to check their settings. Settings>General>Accessibility>RTT/TTY and turn off.
