Hello,
After updating to Sierra my Free Agent Go flex drive is not mounting ! It worked well with all previous OS. I am able to see Seagate on disk utility.The Go flex drive is seen under it but greyed out.When I click on Mount,nothing happens. Can someone help?

Problem Solved ! I downloaded the Paragon driver NTFS_for_Mac dmg file from Seagate & mounted the drive from there.It is now working.Hope this helps for those who were lost like me !

Please contact Seagate tech support for help with their product. These forums are only for Apple products.

I am using a bootable drive for my iMac running Sierra & it is on that drive that the Go flex drive is unable to mount.However when I booted my Mac directly from it's internal drive (also running Sierra) the Go flex Seagate drive mounts by itself without a problem .Does this info help to resolve?
Any help would be appreciated.
