Failed to validate your account email

Hi, I recieved this email from info@customer-service.appleids.com about failed to validate my account information. I did some research, it looks/sounds like a scam but the address they’ve sent from looks legit. Now I haven’t replied (clicked on any links provided), in fact, I just went directly to Apple website & logged into my account & adjusted the security. Just want to know whether this indeed a scam email?
