How can i get that "Good afternoon, ___________" page when I open a new tab?

Everytime I open a new tab, I just get google and my history+bookmarks.

Is there a way I can get that page where it greets me? As in, "Good morning, ___________. It's 9:32 AM".

Safari starts with a question about chrome bookmarks When i start safari i get an question about chrome bookmarks for a sec. After that i cant use safari, cant close safari only via force, safari works when i log in another user. The question is a pop-down window which asks in dutch so i will try to translate it here. Do you want safari to keep your bookmarks and history from google chrome. When you started on 30 march 2019 with trying of safari, the settings where imported so you can use them in safari The window appears very brief, so brief i cant click on dont safe or safe from google chrome that why i had to record it and watch is back on my phone

Open the page with that message, then select it as your Homepage in Safari> Preferences> General then select

New windows open with Homepage and New tabs open with Homepage.

If using another browser check their settings/ preferences for something similar.
