Phone messed up after iOS 11.3 update

Hi I recently updated my phone a couple of days ago and have noti that my screen would suddenly close/fall asleep while I’m using it. It happens at least 4 times per minute and I have to press my home button and unlock my phone over and over just to use it again. When I press my home button it also takes unecessary screenshots and show slide to power off. I have become very frustrated at this point and refreshed my settings multiple time please help me otherwise I’ll have to get a new phone.
