No access to itunes store

I have 2 notebooks. An ASUS EeeBook, An ACER Aspire One, both have windows 7

I have tried installing, on both, every version of itunes available, none of which

on either pc will allow me access to itunes store

null-OTHER, Windows 7, acer one and asus EeeBook
