No access to itunes store

I have 2 notebooks. An ASUS EeeBook, An ACER Aspire One, both have windows 7

I have tried installing, on both, every version of itunes available, none of which

on either pc will allow me access to itunes store

null-OTHER, Windows 7, acer one and asus EeeBook

itunes store will not open. I want to look up songs and All I get is the Welcome to Itunes Store screen but no music options. I open Itunes on my laptop and click on the store so I can look up songs to purchase but the store will not open. All I get is the Welcome to Itunes store screen. There is not an option to click on anything else. Why is this? I have the latest version of itunes downloaded and my pc is updated as well.

I am unable to download itunes on my PC I used to be able to get itunes on my last PC; I am unable to do this for my current PC. Microsoft Store won't open for this app and I keep getting advice to contact Apple.
