Cursor frozen in upper left corner of iMac. Therefore cannot log on.
Fortunately still had an ancient computer. Tried to email Apple Support
but that appears to be an impossibility. Cannot call as having a serious
hearing problem.
Saw some things possibly related but things suggested to do cannot as
cannot even logon as mentioned.
Just recently obtained this computer. Not a good introduction.
Any ideas?
