Canon P-215 no longer working with High Sierra

Apparently Canon is never going to release updated software for this document scanner. I have been able to get things working a little better by using Presto! PageManager 9. I updated the version that came with the scanner to 9.31.40 from the NewSoft website. Unfortunately, it gives a warning about not being supported by Apple much longer due to the fact that it is not a 64bit app. At least now I can direct my scans to go to the folder I want.

Canon Navigator EX no longer running after High Sierra I have a Canon Pixma MP990 that I now use only as a scanner. I have been using the Navigator EX 3.0 software supply by Canon. But after updating to High Sierra, this no longer works. (Here is part of the error report generated when it crashes when I try to open it: Application Specific Information:*** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInvalidArgumentException', reason: '-[NSImage setNumOfRow:]: unrecognized selector sent to instance 0xfb2c870')I have tried downloading more recent versions of the software provided by Canon, but none of them work with the MP990.Any suggestions as to what to do to get this to work? It was a good scanner interface.Thanks in advance for your help.Kent

Scanner Software not working in Mojave I have both a CanonimageCLASS D530 and a Xerox WorkCentre 3215. The Canon no longer has the Scanner utility since the Mojave upgrade and the Xerox Scanning software crashes when you try to scan anything in any format. All this since the Mojave upgrade. The Xerox does a scan to PDF but it crashes after the first page and creates an unreadable PDF in both Preview and Acrobat Reader.I have upgraded to the latest drivers for Mac on both devices and no fixes.
