Scanner Software not working in Mojave

I have both a CanonimageCLASS D530 and a Xerox WorkCentre 3215. The Canon no longer has the Scanner utility since the Mojave upgrade and the Xerox Scanning software crashes when you try to scan anything in any format. All this since the Mojave upgrade. The Xerox does a scan to PDF but it crashes after the first page and creates an unreadable PDF in both Preview and Acrobat Reader.

I have upgraded to the latest drivers for Mac on both devices and no fixes.

Have you followed the Reset the Printing system steps after the new driver updates for both devices?

Canon shows Sept 18, 2018 printer (v10.11.1), and scanner (v2.13.0) drivers available with indicated Mojave compatiblity. Are these the drivers that you installed?

For the WorkCentre 3215, did you install the shown drivers and firmware update? Note that the drivers are from early 2017, and the firmware from early 2018. Those drivers are for High Sierra. Have you contacted Xerox about their intention of issuing newer drivers for this device to provide compatibilty with Mojave?

I have Reset the Printing system twice, removed all the "Library/Printers/" files. For the Xerox WorkCentre 3215, I did the latest Firmware Installation (WC 3215/3225 General Release Firmware v3.50.02.00) per the Xerox support page. I downloaded and installed the latest Xerox software (Version 14.0 (555.5).

This solved the problem as long as I use Xerox Scan Assist.

Please note that the way I originally accessed the Scanner (Picture Below) still no longer works.

Xerox does not show any version 14.0 (555.5) driver software available for the WorkCentre 3215 on any English language page that I can access. Their driver page for 10.13.x is the last shown for macOS, and that driver version is 18 months old at version 1.03.01.

Unless you spoke with Xerox, and they sent you a link to this v14 driver, I would question its validity for use in Mojave.
