Out of warranty! Apple care tells to replace your device 🙆🏻‍♂️

My iPhone 6s 2 years old .. recently went to iPhone store to replace the battery . But they informed me that your iPhone as Audio front mic and receiver has issue and we can’t repalce that alone . I have to completely replace to a new device !

Is Apple iPhone are durable only for 2 years 😠

My iPhone is updated with OS 11.3

Please suggest any solution other than going for a new iPhone

iPhone 7 Hardware gone bad I had the iPhone 7 with Apple care +. The hardware went bad and whenever calls were made or received there was no audio. Sent phone to Apple and they replaced with a new 7. After 5 months this new phone has the same issue with the hardware. No audio for phone calls. Apple is willing to repair phone but is charging $350.00 because they claim my new phone is not under warranty the original warranty. I was not allowed the option to buy a new warranty for the replacement. I just don't understand why a phone 5 months old has known hardware issues, and they are charging me to fix. When i spoke with the support person on phone who filed my claim she said that Apple is aware if this hardware issue on the iPhone7.

Void warranty because unknown reason First i serviced my iPhone 12 pro max at authorised apple service centre, the problem was the microphone didnt work. It was covered by warranty, so they replaced my iPhone back system and change my serial number, but they still used the old camera part. Problem on microphone solved, got my iPhone back. Then after using for 2 weeks, when i wanna use flashlight it didnt work. So i returned my iPhone to the same authorised apple service centre, after almost 3 weeks they told me that my iPhone warranty is void because there is an unofficial modification on my iPhone. I dont know why, because I only service my iPhone just that one time and I bring it to the authorised service centre. Could someone help me with my problem?

Is my phone eligible for repair? My cell phone's microphone has stopped working. I purchased the phone Dec 2016 but bought a multi device protection pack through AT & T in July 2018 which I presume is Applecare? Please let me know if repair is covered.
